Villa Fiore

The check-in experience was awful. The person who was there called herself the cleaning lady, and had called us several times even though we were right on time. She handed over the keys only after getting the full stay paid in cash! The ground-floor apartment was tiny for four people, two adults and two children. There was dust and a bad smell in the air, and the furnishings were dated and poor quality. The dishes were a mismatched assortment, the kitchen counter was patched with adhesive paper, and the bunk bed was right under the air-conditioning unit. We asked to leave one day early and weren’t asking for a refund. Somehow, nobody could come give us back the €150 deposit because the cleaning lady was busy at the other, “larger” property. The manager, as she introduced herself, didn’t even know who we were. She was rude and arrogant, and said we couldn’t leave whenever we wanted because departure days were Wednesdays and Sundays. I strongly advise against staying here!
