We liked having breakfast at the "il Moro" bar, about 100 m away. It opens at 6, which made it easy to eat early and head out for an excursion. The rooms were neat and clean, with a fridge for our supplies. It’s a handy base too: Campo Imperatore is 35 minutes away, and the shops, bars, and supermarkets are only 5 minutes away. There’s no air conditioning or Wi-Fi, but for the price that felt reasonable.

The price is the one good thing here. The place feels run down, the garden is poorly kept, and there’s no TV. Even with only three degrees outside, the heating was off.
