Mario's care for his guests and eye for detail were incredible. We stayed for my husband's Gran Sasso bike race, and the location worked really well for the event, with beautiful scenery all around. The kitchenette was great, stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, plus a medium to large fridge and freezer. The kids liked having their own room, and there was a playground on site. We chose it because it was pet friendly, and were so glad we did. We had a great stay and would absolutely return.

The best part of our stay was how warmly Mario and the staff treated us. They were incredibly friendly, and we felt at home. When we had to leave early, Mario packed breakfast in a bag and added extra snacks for our long trip. It felt like we'd been regulars for years. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a kitchenette, and breakfast was generous, with gorgeous homemade cakes and crostata. It's a family friendly place a few km from l'Aquila and campo imperatore, convenient for visiting nearby villages and sights. There are restaurants and a pizzeria close by, and a little playground just across from the building, which was helpful with kids. Great value for money. One of the best B&Bs we've had the pleasure of staying in. Thanks, Mario!

The modern room was nice, and there was a beautiful view of Gran Sasso. Breakfasts were fabulous, with lovely staff. There were lots of local people there in the mornings, including police officers and mountain rescuers.

Mario, the owner, is a delightful and welcoming host. The cappuccino and macchiato are the best in the region, and the view of Gran Sasso is gorgeous.

Great rooms and views, and the breakfasts were good too. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. One of the best places I've ever stayed.
