It was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the location was good. Still, it felt more like student accommodation than a British-style B&B, and the place was a little rough around the edges. The soundproofing was poor. Fine for a night or two, but not amazing.

You’re right in the middle of the city, with a supermarket just two minutes away. The host was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included. A perfect location for a stay.

Everything was great and they had all the essentials covered. Smoking isn’t allowed there, but apart from that, it was all good.

We stayed one night, and at first everything seemed fine. The room was clean and we had no complaints until we came back after dinner and heard loud music and chairs moving upstairs. We waited a bit, then went up and politely warned them. Nothing changed, though. At 12:08 the kids were still making a racket, so we went up again, and thankfully that time it worked. What really bothered me was that the room manager didn’t answer either of my two calls or call me back the next day. We definitely won’t return.

The room was much different from what the photos suggested. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning. Since it was on the ground floor, the room had a French window facing the street and got very hot. I also couldn’t find any disinfection certification for the bathroom fixtures.
