B&B Le Quattro Stagioni

The place was very clean, and the woman who welcomed me was really friendly. It’s convenient if you have a car, less so if you’re getting around on foot. I have a special diet, and she was so sweet and patient about making sure there was breakfast I could eat. I recommend it. The TV didn’t get international channels, only Russian, which was a shame, haha.

It was very quiet at night, even though the B&B is just a 15-minute walk from town. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and very clean. Lucrezia met us when we arrived and made sure there was plenty of breakfast food.

The cockroaches in the windowless bathroom turned our stay into a terrible experience, especially since we were traveling with our one-year-old daughter. The owner was rude and wouldn’t cooperate. She insisted on spraying poison in that enclosed room despite my concerns about our child’s health. Her partner brushed off the problem sarcastically, saying, "You're from Milan, you breathe worse." They also implied we had brought the insects in our suitcases, which was unacceptable. Two more showed up in the same bathroom the next day. The apartment is unbearably hot in summer and has no air conditioning. There was only a tiny fan and a broken portable air conditioner. It gets sun all day and isn’t suitable for families or small children. Strangely, I have the cockroaches to thank for giving us a good excuse to cut the stay short. I can’t recommend it: rude treatment, poor hygiene, and no care for guests.
