The walk from Chamois ends at a great spot for lunch. The staff were lovely, the food was plentiful and they even brought us more. Good value, too.

We loved the restaurant's generous, delicious menus and found the prices reasonable. Our small group of ski tourers also had comfortable, fairly spacious rooms with good soundproofing. The setting and views are magnificent, and the family atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A great place to stay.

I've spent summers in the Aosta Valley for 10 years, and I've never had an experience like this. I called to book dinner for two and asked whether they had a meatless dish. The woman on the phone answered in an extremely arrogant tone, “There's tagliatelle with game, if you want, or nothing at all.” I just hung up without replying. This wasn't about local cuisine, it was simply rude and arrogant.
