Raffaela made us feel welcome from the start, even sending directions and advice on WhatsApp when we landed. She arranged lunch, suggested a restaurant in Modena, and shared local tips, including a stop to make on our way to Verona. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she was happy to chat. Our room had a lovely view over the pond, garden, and vineyards on three sides. The bed was very comfortable, and the room balanced modern touches with traditional style. There was underfloor heating for colder weather, and the bathroom felt airy, with high ceilings and natural light. Soap, shower gel, bottled water, and a little chocolate were provided. The house has just three rooms and was spotlessly clean. It’s a very peaceful rural spot, with birds as the main sound. The garden has a pond full of fish, and Raffaela keeps many cats and dogs. Guests should be comfortable around animals, though they’re kept out of the bedrooms. In the morning she showed us the cherry, fig, and lemon trees, other plants, and explained how she keeps the pond healthy. Breakfast was continental, with yogurt, pastries, fresh juice, and strong coffee. We also tried her homemade quince jam, and there was plenty of coffee whenever we wanted more. We were sorry to leave. It was a lovely, personal stay, and we’d be glad to return.

The room looked out over the pond and countryside, which made for a lovely view. We came to the B&B for an event nearby, and found a tidy, clean house set among greenery, furnished with a tasteful blend of modern and vintage pieces. There are three guest bedrooms, shared and private areas, and a garden pond. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the pastries baked just minutes before we left. The animals were affectionate and made the stay even nicer. Our hostess was warm, helpful, and attentive, and made us feel at home. At Oasi La Martina, there’s a peaceful atmosphere and a lot of courtesy and hospitality. You can also bring a dog or other four-legged companion, subject to compatibility checks. Highly recommended.

The room was lovely and had a spacious bathroom, and breakfast was excellent. The owner is kind and always available, and her friendly four-legged companions are there to greet you. The place has recently been renovated and feels very peaceful, surrounded by vineyards, greenery, flowers, and other plants. A real oasis.

We had a clean room, carefully furnished, with a beautiful view of the bio-lake. Breakfast was delicious, too. The owner is always smiling and kind, and I enjoyed hearing her stories about the house, the garden, and all the plants there. It’s a charming, peaceful place to spend a few days close to nature.
