The location was decent for getting around, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful when pointing us to parking and registering our number plate. The fridge had a freezer section that kept our water nice and cold. The rooms weren’t especially clean. The floors hadn’t been swept and were full of dust and hair. We had warm water the previous day, but it was freezing cold in the morning, and this affected rooms used by other family members too. Fine for a one-night stay.

It was cold throughout our stay. There was no way to warm the ground floor, and the air conditioners upstairs, where the bedrooms are, weren’t strong enough to keep the temperature comfortable. Cleanliness was poor as well. The place hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was visible mold, which was unpleasant and concerning. Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We wouldn’t return or recommend it.

There were 11 of us, split across three quadruple rooms, and we had plenty of room. Everything was really comfortable and had what we needed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us during the stay. We'd definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel and its setting look like something from a movie, and everything is within an easy 5-10 minute walk. It was very quiet, and the basic rooms suited me just fine. Breakfast was a letdown, though, especially the double espresso, possibly the worst I've ever had. There are plenty of nearby spots for good coffee and food. I'd recommend it for the location and setting.

The customer service was good, and the location is great, but the place itself needs attention. The shower wouldn't drain, so dirty water came back up around your feet. The outdoor guest areas were untidy and needed some care, and the accommodation felt tired. You get what you pay for, I guess. I wouldn't return.
