Everything was clean and well organized, and the facilities were very good. The location is excellent, right on the main pedestrian street and near the train station. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn't work for my whole stay, and mobile reception around the city is generally quite poor.

There were plenty of places to eat nearby, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My room was perfect for me, quiet and centrally placed between the station and the port.

We got a clean, good room in a great location for a decent price, and check-in was smooth. Tania was an amazing host, really friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at 6 Th Land and will stay again on a future La Spezia visit. Many thanks to the staff!

Tina made the stay especially easy, helping us at every step and always being polite, friendly, and helpful. The room at 6Th Land was the best we found in La Spezia, and everything about our stay was great. If you're visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre, don't miss staying at 6TH Land Appartements. The place is an apartment flat rather than a typical hotel, which made it a different kind of stay for us. It was modernly furnished and very clean. We were right in the heart of the city center near the sea, and the train station was a 10-minute walk away.
