We were only there for one night, but it was a really good stay. The room felt welcoming, was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had lots of snacks. The receptionist was also a big help over the phone when we needed an early check-in. Definitely worth the five stars.

Ana made my partner's 40th birthday weekend one we won't forget. She surprised us with balloons and a “Happy Birthday” message in his room, such a lovely, touching gesture. She was kind, thoughtful, and always there when we needed anything. We came to La Spezia with his family hoping to visit the Cinque Terre. Ana's place worked out perfectly: the station is just a two-minute walk away, and the historic center is about five minutes on foot. It's a quiet area with amenities close by, and having an elevator was handy for us. The rooms were roomy, spotless, and carefully looked after. They felt warm and homey, with a TV, air conditioning, minibar, coffee maker, kettle and cups, herbal tea, biscuits, a hairdryer, and the other comforts you need. We could even have a relaxed breakfast in the room. It's a lovely place for a family visit or a romantic break. Ana is an exceptional owner, the best we've ever met. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back. 💙
