Simone and Elisa are what I appreciated most about staying here. They take such good care of you, and both are the kind of hosts who stay in your heart. Simone asked me to say he's better than Elisa 😁, but honestly they're both wonderful. The location is fantastic, just a four-minute walk from the train station in Las Spezia. We’re leaving with so many memories, and I definitely recommend staying here for a Cinque Terre visit.

The rooms are in a fascinating old building with a vintage elevator, in a lively area right beside the train station. Elisa and Simone were incredibly kind and helpful. Simone pitched in with our eight suitcases, and Elisa shared useful advice for visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre. We highly recommend these apartments.

We slept so well because the room was comfortable and wonderfully quiet after our busy days out. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, well kept, and thoughtfully arranged, with a peaceful feel. The hosts were kind, easy to reach, and full of useful recommendations. Getting around was convenient, while the place still felt like a calm retreat. Everything went smoothly from arrival, and we'd absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The landlord was especially kind and ready to make sure we had all the comforts we needed. They communicated closely with us, which helped make the trip great. The property is right in the city center, with an easy walk to downtown, and the rooms are well organized. I definitely recommend staying here.

Elisa and Simone made us feel so welcome and were always happy to offer advice. We had everything we needed in a really comfortable room, and spent four amazing nights here. Restaurants, shops, sights, and the ferry were easy to reach, and the train station was just a four-minute walk. It was a highlight of our 50th birthday girl's trip. Thanks so much, highly recommend!
