Book in advance and you can get a parking space for 18 euros a day. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was a box in a garage. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, inviting, and had very comfortable beds. The location worked perfectly for us: at the edge of the streets cars can access, with the charming little streets just a minute away on foot. The train station is only a few minutes' walk too. We were very satisfied with our stay and can only recommend it.

Giovanni welcomed us with a smile and was so helpful. The room was big and very clean, and I felt right at home. There was complimentary water, juice, and cookies in the room, plus a coffee machine at reception. I have no words for this hospitality! If I visit la Spezia again, I know where to stay. Giovanni, you're the best host.

Even though breakfast isn't included, the B&B has free snacks and coffee. It's close to La Spezia Centrale station and a ferry dock. The host was very helpful, and the room was clean with a comfy bed. It made me feel at home.

We had five nights at Elite 19, plenty of time to visit the Cinque Terre, plus a day in Pisa. The station is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there are loads of restaurants nearby. Our host was very pleasant, so it was pretty perfect overall. Thanks so much! The room had a VERY comfy bed, extra pillows and blankets, a hairdryer, towels, a kettle, TV, and safe. There was also a little basket with tea, coffee capsules, sugar, and biscuits, plus a fridge with juice and water. A coffee machine for the capsules is in the common area, along with lots of information about things to see in La Spezia and nearby. We bought a small carton of milk for our coffee, kept it in the fridge, and used the mugs provided.

The host was friendly and very helpful, and the rooms were lovely, clean, and nicely decorated, with all the facilities available. It's a 10-minute walk from the station. Compared with the hotel we stayed at the night before, this place got everything right. Highly recommended!
