We chose the simplest room they offer, and for the price it was more than satisfactory. The location is excellent if you’re visiting the Cinque Terre, with a supermarket just steps away. Ms. Franca is warm, friendly, and clearly cares about her work and meeting guests’ needs. I’d seen complaints about breakfast, but when you book they make it clear that a proper breakfast is no longer served. They do leave snacks and a coffee machine as a courtesy. Samuele.

A quiet spot and good value for the money. The rooms were very clean, with modern, new furnishings, and the owner was kind, courteous, and helpful.

I needed a room for work rather than tourism, and my family and I got to spend two very peaceful days here. The secure parking was much appreciated. The B&B is elegant, clean, comfortable, and well located, and the owner is incredibly kind and courteous. Thanks so much, Franca. See you next time!

The room had been renovated recently with good taste, and we had a lovely stay, including with the landlady. It’s a great base for visiting the Cinque Terre, especially with the station so close and a parking space available. The lack of breakfast was the one downside. On Sunday the bar downstairs was closed, and the only place open nearby was Esselunga, so we drove there for convenience. It wouldn’t take much to offer guests a coffee and a couple of pieces of toast. Even charging a small extra fee for that would make it a full service.
