We could walk to the station and to local places to eat, and the host shared lots of tips for Cinque Terre and around town. Communication was great. We also needed an iron, and he lent us one. Stayed a couple of days and had a great time.

Andrea was extremely helpful throughout my stay and had great tips. My room was spacious, quiet, modern, and beautiful. It's right in the city center, very close to the train station. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

The room was cute, clean, and really cosy, and the floor always smelled lovely. The location is very central, close to the train station, harbour, and city center. The owner welcomed us warmly, explained the key amenities, and gave us restaurant suggestions and advice on planning our Cinque Terre trip. The cleaning lady was friendly too.

We liked being able to have breakfast on the balcony. Fresh water and Coca-Cola were left in the fridge and replaced for free. The staff were very friendly, and it's a pleasant place within walking distance of central La Spezia. A good base for visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre.

Really convenient spot, about a 9-minute walk to both the train station and the port. The rooms were quiet, though the shower was tiny. There's an elevator in the building!
