The owner helped us find two rooms after we booked at the last minute on our way to La Spezia. They were spacious, clean, and high quality, and the location beside the city square and train station was amazing. Keta checked in during our stay, shared great recommendations, and helped us with train and boat schedules. Don’t think twice about booking here.

Keta and her sister were always available to help and offered great suggestions. Our rooms at cinque terre behind were new and amazingly clean. The location was perfect, just a three minute walk from both the train station and city center, with grocery shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. We’d highly recommend it!

We liked Keta's recommendations and the quick replies on WA, so there was no need to meet in person. The place is modern, clean, and nice, right by the train station. Having a Nespresso machine in the room was handy, since that’s all we need for breakfast. Keep it up, Keta 😉

The best parts for us were the location, the light in the room, and the shower pressure. It’s a five minute walk to the station, and you can reach restaurants and the walking streets just behind the property on foot. La Spezia is an okay town, but a great base for seeing Cinque Terre and other towns. The rooms are immaculate, very white and bright, with lovely lighting and a great shower. There’s a good coffee machine, a kettle, toast, and some juice put out each day. I was glad there was a lift, since the building is full of apartment style places. Ours had no balcony and faced an alley, so I’d try for a balcony room. There’s no reception or lobby, and nobody welcomes you in person; everything is remote, including entry with a scanned key, and conversations happen on WhatsApp. It felt like living in an apartment, with no social interaction. The listing had no recent reviews, so I was skeptical when booking. I paid about $250 during peak August season, which didn’t feel worth it; at under $200, I’d say it’s a decent place. They also had no body lotion, which I found very weird. I’m giving four stars for the convenience, though it’s certainly not a four star hotel. There’s no Uber, and getting a taxi in town is a pain. I wish there were an app for that.

The rooms are sparkling clean and in superb condition after a recent renovation. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Since it’s only a few minutes from the train station, it’s a good base for visiting the Cinque Terre. I definitely recommend it!
