The staff member was helpful and kept our luggage at his office during the day. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, with comfortable beds. The street has lots of shops, so it can be a bit noisier during the day, which is normal. We had a very good stay!

The apartment itself was well located and had good facilities, but check-in was a frustrating experience. After a four-hour drive to La Spezia, I just wanted the host to have her staff meet us at the apartment. We had already explained a few times that walking was fine, but she kept warning us about a long flight of stairs from the nearby car park and couldn't suggest an alternative when I asked. There was an event that day, so the road to the car park was blocked and I couldn't follow her directions to drop off our luggage. She repeated the stairs warning and wouldn't check us in for 15 minutes. In the end, there weren't even any stairs on the walk to the apartment. I hope the host can be more considerate and make check-in easier.

Nice room with all the essentials, and close to everything. It's on a main road, so there was a bit of noise in the early evening. Thanks.

The staff went so far above and beyond in every way. The apartment is beautiful, and the central location is great. Wow!!
