We loved how easy it was to explore from here: the train station is only a short walk away, and you're right in the center of La Spezia, which worked perfectly for Cinque Terre. The room was spotless and modern, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Our host was welcoming and helpful the whole time. We'd happily come back.

Eva took care of everything and was very professional. She even helped us figure out where to leave the car and pointed us toward good restaurants. The room is well placed for getting around, with the pedestrian area a minute away and the railway station about seven minutes on foot. I'd recommend booking the balcony room to take in the city atmosphere.

We had a great stay as a family. The apartment is close to both the station and the town center, and there are snacks like biscuits, breadsticks, jam, and honey, plus a coffee maker and pods. Our room looked lovely, with recent renovations and nice decor. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels were brought in, and anything we asked for was taken care of. The owner also gave us great restaurant recommendations and ideas for places to visit. We highly recommend staying here in La Spezia.

The location made it easy to get to Cinque Terre by train in just a few minutes, and the room looked just like the photos, with the real thing even nicer than we expected. We stayed for two days and slept very well in the extremely comfortable bed. The room was modern, very clean, and had a good design and a positive feel. It was cleaned and the towels changed each day. Our host was attentive and easy to reach on WhatsApp, even though we never met in person. She checked that we were comfortable and shared useful places to visit and restaurants to try. We also appreciated the water, coffee, and sweets, and being able to leave our luggage at the property after check-out. Communication was excellent, and the comfort and location made the stay memorable. I'd gladly return to EVA Affittacamere and recommend it to anyone visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre.

After nearly three weeks of traveling around Italy, that comfortable bed and lovely shower were exactly what we needed, especially after hiking in Cinque Terre. Getting around was easy too, with La Spezia Centrale just five minutes away on foot. Our host was quick to reply, flexible with check-in and check-out, and had helpful suggestions. Such a good stay, we'd highly recommend it.
