It's a decent room, and the location is the best part, just a one-minute walk from La Spezia centrale. There's no elevator, though, so be ready to climb six flights of stairs.

We had a bedroom with a terrace and stayed for six nights. The location is excellent if, like us, you enjoy traveling. The owner was very kind and helpful. Having the bathroom outside the room was a little inconvenient, but it wasn't a problem. Climbing to the fifth floor without a lift got a bit tiring.

The room is fully renovated and brand new, but it's a long climb up five floors with no elevator. The steps are difficult to manage if you have large feet, especially going up. Parking is basically nonexistent, so I used the nearby train station lot and had to pay. The tourist tax is €5, which feels excessive, and the price isn't exactly cheap.

The room was clean, and the owner was kind and helpful. It's on the fifth and top floor with no elevator. The ceiling is low, and anyone over 1.70 meters may find the shower unsuitable.

The owner was really friendly and helpful. The room was fine for sleeping, but basic, and I wish there'd been more information about it beforehand. It's up on the fifth floor with no lift, and rooms facing outside get some noise. For what you get, I found it a little pricey compared with other places on the same trip. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep.
