There’s plenty of storage, the bed is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was good. Coffee was complimentary, and there’s free public parking around. The room was nice and spotless, with great daily cleaning. The walls are extremely thin, though. I could even hear my neighbor’s alarm clock.

I paid online for a large double room that was meant to include a sofa bed, but there wasn’t one. I was told secondhand that adding it would cost €20, and the manager refused to call me. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t come back. This felt like a rip-off.

A cozy, clean place, close enough to walk to the train station. The room is on the small side, and the sofa becomes the extra bed, but it was comfortable enough for a day trip to Chinque Terre. There’s a coffee machine outside the room, shared with two other rooms.

We gave them our arrival time after making the reservation, but the room still wasn’t ready when we got there. We had to wait three hours for them to prepare it. When we asked for a discount because of the delay, they just said no.
