I felt safe during my stay, and the host checked in with me every day. I’d been a little worried about booking because I knew it wasn’t a hotel and expected it might be very different, but the clean space and balcony made it worthwhile. The one issue was hauling my huge bag up to my floor since there was no elevator. I was staying a few days, so it was a lot. I’d suggest adding a light on the floor, because it’s really dark coming in at night when you have to use your keys.

We were a group staying at Bixio Suites in La Spezia, and the whole stay was a pleasant surprise. Claudio gave us a lovely welcome, and the suites were great. They’re a short walk from the train station to the city center. Claudio’s service was excellent. I’m sure your stay will be a memorable one. We’ll definitely choose Bixio Suites on our next visit.

The rooms look beautiful, thanks to the fabulous work Claudio's wife did. Claudio was an extraordinary host, always available on WhatsApp, keeping in touch and even helping us with our luggage. The apartment is well located for taking the train to Cinque Terre. I strongly recommend it!

The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, in a great location too. Veronica and Claudio were welcoming and helpful, and shared some great tips for restaurants, patisseries, and supermarkets. Highly recommended!

The owner was really helpful and shared lots of information and tips. The apartment is close to the train station, which makes it handy for tourists visiting Cinque Terre. It’s cozy and modern, with a super comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
