The hosts were lovely, and the room was great. The location was amazing too!

I stayed in the larger of the two double rooms. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well kept, in an elegant house right across from the train station. The owner couple welcomed me so warmly, and I want to thank them from the heart. Work meant I couldn't enjoy the stay as much as I wanted, but I hope to make up for that on a future visit. I'd sincerely recommend this place in La Spezia, whether you're visiting for work or pleasure.

The place is right in the center, and the rooms are nicely furnished. It's run by a lovely family who rent out two guest rooms, and everyone was very friendly. The bathroom is shared with the other guests. There's no parking at the property, unfortunately, only outside town.

The place was spotless and pleasant, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Breakfast is served at the great Italian cafes next to the address, which added a lovely atmosphere to the holiday. Just 20 meters away, Miva has unique food at very good prices. The service was a little funny and unprepared, though, while the quality of the food made up for that weakness. Across the street there's a unique fruit and vegetable market with fresh produce, lovely prices, spices, and other Italian specialties. The owner was friendly and kind. The room is a good one, about a 10-minute walk from the center, train station, and sea station. It has a shared bathroom and toilet, and is non-smoking. It's on the fourth floor, so smokers have to go downstairs, although the owner may be willing to make a compromise and let you smoke in the room.
