The roof terrace has an amazing view, and the pool area was great for sunbathing and a quick dip. We had a good-sized, clean room with everything we needed, and the hosts were really informative. As hosts ourselves back in England, Olivium ticked all our boxes. It's a little way out of central La Spezia, so we'd suggest having a car, though shops are only a few kilometres away. We'd highly recommend it.

We spent a full week at Residence Olivium and found it quiet, relaxing, clean, and new. The owners made us feel completely welcome. The views over the port of La Spezia are stunning, and for the price it's hard to ask for more. During summer, nights up on the hill are refreshingly cooler than downtown, so we didn't need air conditioning. You really need a car to get around, which is the main drawback. The residence has its own olive trees and sells high-quality olive oil that they produce themselves. I bought as many bottles as the owner would allow me. 😉

Thanks for such a great vacation! The host was kind, helpful, friendly, and spoke English fluently. The location was great, and the rooms and pool were clean. They even had air conditioning.

A quiet spot above La Spezia, surrounded by nature and still close enough to visit Cinque Terre. The owner was so welcoming and attentive. Residence Olivium is well worth a visit, and I can only recommend it. It was a pleasure staying there.

The whole area was the highlight of our trip to Italy. It's beautiful, peaceful, and tucked away from the busy tourist scene in La Spezia and Cinque Terre, while still being close enough to see the sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner Nicola made us feel welcome. We'll definitely be back.
