The owner was extremely friendly and quick to answer questions, and could also suggest free parking about a 15-minute walk away. The location is great: restaurants are nearby, the centre is at most a 10-minute walk, and the train station for visiting Cinque Terre is also 10 minutes away. Our room seemed newly renovated, with a modern black-tiled bathroom and waterfall shower, and everything was very clean. There was air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and pretty decor. In our opinion, it had everything we needed.

The room was new, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It’s just steps from the centre, and the price is very reasonable.

The rooms were very good, and the owner was great. He knew a lot about La Spezia and the surrounding area.

Everything was new and in good shape. The room was small but just right, with everything I needed and a good location.
