The apartment is in a condominium near La Spezia Migliarina station, where you can take a train to the Cinque Terre. It was clean and recently renovated, with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioning, and a minibar/coffee maker. The owner was very kind and gave us directions around the area and for direct trains.

The room has been renovated and decorated really nicely, and courtyard parking is free when a spot is available. It isn’t a hotel, but a room in the host couple’s home, with a connecting door as well as its own entrance. The main downside was how much noise came from the stairwell on the few occasions people took the stairs instead of the elevator.
