The room was clean, with good air conditioning and fast WiFi, and the host was nice. The hotel is close to the train station. Just remember there’s no front desk, so you need a phone to call or WhatsApp the host. They remind you to arrange a meeting when you book.

Elisa stayed in touch and was really attentive, helping my friend and me find our way around. Simone and Elisa both went above and beyond, and the hosts were friendly, knew the area well, and had great suggestions. The rooms were clean and updated. It’s close to the train station and central to everything. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Our room was a good size and serviced, with working WiFi, air conditioning and heating, and a coffee machine. Breakfast was included at a nearby café, and we got chocolates each day, a sweet personal touch. The host was warm and very easy to reach, met us as soon as we arrived, and kept in touch throughout. The station is only a few minutes’ walk away, which made Cinque Terre trips convenient. We also got helpful suggestions for food, travel, and things to do. I’d recommend it for a short visit to La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

We had adjoining rooms with our kids and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between them, which worked perfectly for us. The beds were comfortable, and the inn was spotless. The host was accommodating too. There was free street parking off site, but we chose a garage two blocks away for about 1 euro per hour to be extra cautious. The adjustable air conditioning was great, and during our stay this was the only hotel in Italy that had a box of Kleenex. A real little gem for visiting the Cinque Terre region. I highly recommend it.
