Marina was a good host, and it's a nice place. The private bathroom is shared with Marina. Breakfast was much too Italian for my taste.

Marina's house is a ten-minute walk from La Spieza train station, and the bedroom has a great view. The owner is friendly, and breakfast is served in the morning and was lovely.

The place was very dirty. We couldn't even shower or use the toilet. I don't recommend it.

It feels very homely and private, even though it's right in the center.
