The owner Riccardo is something special. Through him, you get a feel for the real Italy. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, right in the heart of La Spezia. Best regards from Sarajevo, Riccardo. We'll definitely come back.

Ricardo handed over the keys and took time to share lots of vacation tips, which made things easy for us. The location behind the station was very handy, and parking worked out well. I could even leave the car there on departure day while we went shopping. You need a code to get into the property. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed I slept on. The kitchen is small, with a table, but it did the job. There was a nice bathroom with a bidet. Highly recommend it for a visit to the Cinque Terre.
