Mariarosa was attentive and helped us whenever we needed her through WhatsApp. The room was modern and clean, and the station is very close. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, though, so we had to walk about 10-15 minutes to the city center. We found a prepaid parking spot right in front of the building, which was very convenient.

Mariarosa messaged me on WhatsApp a few days before we arrived, and communication was excellent. She and her husband run a three-room accommodation in an apartment building, and she’s such a lovely, sweet person. The room was spacious and clean. It got a little noisy at night, but I slept fine. The location is perfect, just a few minutes on foot from La Spezia station. I’d recommend staying here.

The decor was simple and neat, just how I like it. The room was clean and looked newly renovated, and the host was both friendly and professional.

Getting into the room was quick and automatic, and the stay was really comfortable. The hosts were very kind, and there were nice little extras like water and coffee. Close to the train station and parking, too. I highly recommend this B&B.

The room was roomy and spotlessly clean, with a large shower. We also appreciated the complimentary water and aperitif, and breakfast at the partner bar was excellent. The owners were very kind and helpful. With the center of La Spezia nearby and the train station just a few minutes away on foot, this charming B&B is a great base for visiting the Cinque Terre. Highly recommended!
