The location turned out to be much better than we'd expected, and the owner was very helpful with information. Our room and private bathroom were clean, the beds were lovely, and the air conditioning worked well. We would definitely have stayed longer if we hadn't needed to leave for our road trip. My original booking wasn't for this place, but they moved me here instead. There was no WiFi, view or breakfast, and I had to climb 60 steps. The bed hadn't been changed, the bin was still dirty and used, and the towels didn't arrive until 10:30 pm. I refused to pay.

Davide was an exceptional host, thank you! The room was clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and a great spot for seeing the city and surrounding area. It's about a five-minute walk to the central train station and buses to Porto Venere. Eccellente!

The staff were great, and we found parking two streets uphill. The railway station is close by, making this a good spot for visiting the Cinque Terre.

Good value for the price and location. You're close to the train station, city center and local market. There are decent parking options around La Spezia, and we found a free space on via dei colli.
