The staff were friendly, very responsive, and available around the clock. They provided the comfort we needed, and the prices were reasonable. Heating and hot water were available. The location is excellent, right opposite the train station and a two-minute walk from the city center, with two coffee shops and a mini market close by. Keep in mind it's a two-star hotel, so don't expect much in terms of hygiene, and the room was very small. There's no free parking, but there's paid parking right across the street at the station.

Unfortunately, I had a bad stay. Roadworks right in front of my room started at 9 in the morning and were so noisy that resting was impossible. Nobody warned me beforehand, and they offered neither a refund nor a suitable solution. Very disappointing service.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It's close to the train station, which is a plus. The room itself was tiny and basic, and the shower was small too. I tried hard not to splash water everywhere since the curtain wasn't much help. It could work for a cheap night or two if you're not fussy. The walls are thin, and around 2am I was woken by a loud lady who wasn't being very discreet.

The location is a real plus, right across from the train station, and the service was good overall. But the place was quite dirty and looked bad, the beds were really uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning. The fan didn't work properly either, which is essential during the very hot summer.

It's budget friendly and well placed for a central stay near the main train station. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and bike or car rentals are easy to get to. But communication with staff is very difficult if you don't speak Italian, and cleanliness is a big problem. The private bathrooms are tiny, and rooms get very hot in summer. There's no AC, but leaving the windows open isn't an option because it's too noisy at night.
