The room walls are paper-thin, and we heard our neighbors so clearly that we couldn’t sleep. They had a small baby crying for hours. When we went to reception, we were told that because we’d booked through Hotiday, they couldn’t do anything. Eventually they called the neighboring room and asked them to quiet down, but it didn’t help much. I contacted Holiday through the booking chat, but they ignored my messages and offered no help. That’s not good service. I recommend avoiding this hotel if you want to get a few hours of sleep at night. You can’t know who your neighbors will be, and the hotel isn’t doing anything to address the noise insulation problem.

For a short stop in the area, it’s a decent base. The price at Hotiday La Spezia is very budget-friendly, and the location is manageable. The rooms are simple but nice enough for a brief stay. Breakfast was underwhelming, nothing special.

The location was peaceful but still close to everything you need, and the staff were friendly. We spent two days in one of the Hotiday apartments. It was very spacious, and breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. A great place for visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. Highly recommended!
