Ari Guest House

For a one-night stay, it was okay, and it might have met all our expectations for a few euros less. Still, we'd probably choose somewhere else next time. We were traveling as a couple, arrived by car, and stayed at the end of May. The guesthouse was clean, quiet, modernly renovated, and furnished, but very heavily perfumed, which is a matter of taste. The sink was already clogged, and there was a lot of street noise. Opening the balcony door can block it out. Some basics, like glasses or cups, were missing, and a plug adapter would have been very welcome with the Italian sockets. The area felt rather uninviting from the start and stayed that way throughout. The entrance, set into the wall of an apartment building, is easy to miss. Parking in the city center was difficult, and finding a nearby space came down to luck, although €0.75 per hour seemed reasonable for a short stay. We only got the self check-in key PIN over WhatsApp after standing in light rain on the street in front of the house with all our luggage.
