Il Ciliegio

The extra €20 per night for a dog wasn't mentioned until after we'd made a non-refundable booking, which was the most absurd part. The room door wouldn't lock from the inside; we reported it, but the owner never replied. The TV didn't work either. The exterior was neglected, and the so-called garden was being used to hang sheets for who knows who, which didn't look good. Reaching the rooms means climbing very uncomfortable, steep stairs that should be mentioned. Fortunately, we stayed just one night. Avoid.

There was no breakfast, and I can't understand the high prices. We booked through Google. The host was absent and only communicated through WhatsApp. Our so-called deluxe room was on the third floor, up a spiral staircase, and the terrace and kitchen shown in the photos were shared. The cleaning was good, but there was a garbage view even from the little bathroom window, the only window. No toilet paper, a broken lamp by the bathroom mirror, uncomfortable beds with plastic linens, a non-working TV, and paper-thin walls where you could hear everything. Terrible experience.

The stay was awful. The courtyard was filthy and the walls were peeling. The place felt cramped, and getting to the rooms meant climbing very steep stairs. Extremely uncomfortable.

I booked through an app, but the owner wouldn't reply there, instead sending all the details through WhatsApp. The description was false: it sounded like there were rooms and a kitchen, but it was all one and the same. He said he'd refund me, then disappeared, refused my calls, and ignored my messages. I never stayed, even though I went there, and he still kept all my money. Truly a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs, they'll rip you off.
