The owner was super friendly and had great advice for getting around town. Our room was very, very clean, and the beds were the best we had on vacation. There’s a supermarket around the corner and the railway station is close by too. I can definitely recommend this place!

Very comfortable, with parking in a quiet location close to the supermarket and train station.

Antonio was helpful with suggestions for getting around La Spezia and places to eat. The location is quiet and very handy, about five minutes from the port. The room was lovely, with a TV, air conditioning, minibar, and a bathroom with a double shower.

I slept really well, thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows. The owner was kind and gave us lots of useful tips, and the place is convenient for the amenities you might need during a Cinque Terre holiday. The room itself was quite standard and had no special features, so I couldn't give it five stars, though it came close to a three-star rating.

It's fine overall, but they don't make up the room or provide breakfast.
