Le Coccole

We felt at home and really pampered. Le Coccole would be our choice if we return, and I'd tell anyone who asks to stay there. The owner is a very polite, kind guy who was always available with clear tips on what to see, how to get around, and where to eat. Breakfast is offered at one of the nearby bars, and the rooms also have a minibar and everything you need. They're well furnished and comfortable, with clean, new bathrooms. Friendliness, cleanliness, and relaxation are what made this place deserve a five-star rating. Thanks for the hospitality.

One thing that threw us on arrival was that this isn't really a hotel as you might expect. It's an apartment where rooms are rented, while the other apartments in the building are privately owned. The room itself was modern and very nice, facing the courtyard, so it was quiet and didn't look onto the street. Breakfast isn't included there, but you get a voucher for coffee and a croissant at one of two nearby bars.

Daniel (I assume he is the owner) was very affable and accommodating, working with what was possible for us. The accommodation was great, with comfortable rooms and separate facilities.

The rooms were excellent and the service very good. We got breakfast coupons for a place three blocks from the hotel. The kitchen and dining area stayed closed for our whole visit. For tourists, it's far from both the historic center and the train station, and the L or S buses ran intermittently while we were there.
