Levante Residence

It was a stylish, modern, spacious complex, with very nice staff, a good breakfast, and a really dog-friendly feel. You can walk to the old town and promenade, and it's a great base if you spend most of your time out exploring. The noise was the reason I didn't give it five stars. We stayed two nights and neither time did I sleep well. You can hear everything from inside the apartment, including a road sweeper or bin lorry at three in the morning. People talking in the hallways echo through the building too. I wouldn't suggest it if you want to relax quietly in your apartment.

The rooms were really big, and it's about 2 km from the city centre and close to the main station, around 1.7 km or a 20-minute walk. Parking was safe, and they let us charge the car overnight. The person looking after the place was very kind and helpful. The rooms smelled bad and were dirty, with spider webs everywhere.

We were impressed by the room, which was clean and very well equipped, and it exceeded what we'd expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is close to town and the train station. That convenience comes with some train noise at night. Secure free parking was a real plus, as that seems hard to find in the area.

The reception person was friendly, nice, and helpful, and having a locked garage right below was handy. The location was good too, about 15 minutes from the central station and five minutes from a local store. The place wasn't clean and seemed to have been done in a hurry. The paintwork and other work looked badly done and dirty. There was no working Wi-Fi, either in the apartments or the bar. There were four of us for four days, but we got only one roll of toilet paper, despite it being included. There were no ironing facilities. The balcony smelled bad, was dirty, and wasn't useful, and there was mold at the bottom of the shower.
