We found Lina Suites & Rooms at the last minute after our original accommodation fell through. The room was roomy and comfortable, just right before heading to Cinque Terre. Everyone was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend :)

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location worked well, close to the metro. Just keep in mind this is an Airbnb rather than a hotel: when we arrived, we had to contact the owner and wait for them to let us into the apartment.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the calm neighborhood is conveniently close to the Central Station of Spezia. It also makes it easy to visit Porto Venere by bus or boat and Cinque Terre by train. We stayed in a lovely, fully renovated room on the ground floor. The host was welcoming and attentive to all the little details that made it cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The host made us feel welcome and was very helpful. For the price, this is the best quality-to-cost option in the area. I'd definitely recommend it!
