The owner was very kind and happy to offer advice and directions. The property is about a ten-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale station, which makes it handy for visiting the Cinque Terre. The room was pleasant and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Recommended.

Marco was very attentive, checking whether everything was all right and if we needed anything. He also suggested places to eat and things to see beyond the Cinque Terre. We really appreciated the welcome basket in the room and the box of coffee capsules for the machine at reception. We spent 10 days at this guesthouse, a calm place away from the crowds. Everything was just right. Our large, clean room had a TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, including soap and shampoo. The cleanliness was good. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the station and the center of La Spezia. Thanks, Marco.
