I booked on a whim, and the room was more comfortable than I expected for the price. It seemed recently renovated, and the bed was nice to sleep in, which was a pleasant surprise given the hotel’s 4 out of 5 Google rating. I parked on the street in the blue lines and paid with the EasyPark app. Most things in the city centre are about a 20-minute walk away, with plenty of food options along the way.

The breakfast buffet is definitely a plus, and even had tipical pesto. The reception staff were extremely kind and efficient, sorting out problems caused by our travel agency. The rooms are decent, though there’s room to improve them. The only real slip was that the scrambled eggs dish stayed empty throughout breakfast. A little more attention from the smiling blond lady would make the buffet perfect. The hotel is in the city center, but there’s no parking lot.

The service was awesome, especially Simona at reception and the restaurant team. Thank you for the hospitality and service. The rooms are modern, and the location is good. Best NH HOTEL I’ve ever stayed in!

I was in La Spezia for work, and this hotel was clean and in a great location. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I can absolutely recommend it.

Our room was a good size, well equipped, quiet, and clean, with a lovely sea view. There’s also a small fitness room. Downtown is just a few minutes away on foot, while the train station takes around 20 minutes to reach by walking through downtown.
