We had a comfortable three-night stay, and it was good value for the money. The rooms seem newly renovated and have what you need. The host was lovely too. The entrance downstairs is a bit dim, then you climb to the third floor to find the rooms.

The owner took time to explain how to visit cinq terre and had the information pinned up in the shared area. Since my husband uses a walking stick, he also helped carry our luggage upstairs. Just keep in mind it's on the third floor and there's no elevator.

The room was small but clean, and for the price and location I was really happy with it. The spot is perfect, with a laundry nearby, a supermarket right outside the main door, and halal food beside it too. I think the owner was very nice and accommodating, and even carried my 30kg luggage up to the third floor. Really recommend it, unless climbing three floors is a problem.

The breakfast arrangement across the street worked well, and the location is hard to beat for visiting Cinque Terre and La Spezia. What bothered us was the air conditioning: it was so loud that we had to switch it off, and then the room got hot.

The room was clean and comfortable, though small, and the location is very good. We needed to call to check in. It's on the third floor, with no elevator.
