It’s peaceful, with good rooms, a nice breakfast, and lots of outdoor space. The view is good as well. The owner was very, very friendly. Getting there takes a bit of care because the route is tricky, but it’s manageable.

The owners are nice and gave us good advice, and the view is lovely. The drive in is a little difficult and can make you nervous, but the calm location makes it worth the effort. :-)

Laura, the owner, cancelled our reservation after she had received the deposit, then didn't return the money. It was a terrible experience and felt completely unprofessional. Avoid this property.

Laura was courteous, and the property was beautiful and spotless, with lovely green areas for enjoying the view and wonderful lemon trees. We’d happily come back. It’s a great spot for a relaxing Ligurian stay, with woods and sea nearby and La Spezia’s conveniences just minutes away.

The room was pleasant and had what we needed, with a lovely view and complete quiet among the greenery. But for the price, the value didn’t feel right, and breakfast on site seemed impossible despite the remote setting. The bathroom needs some attention, even just a new toilet seat. Reaching the place was a struggle: the GPS went haywire, and on arrival the woman told us frankly we’d entered the city the wrong way. We wish we’d known. The last 400 meters are a rough road with narrow, steep hairpin bends, so I wouldn’t recommend it to inexperienced motorcyclists. It’s about 3 km from the city center.
