The house owner was so kind, and everything went perfectly. We had an amazing experience. Thank you for everything.

I paid €106 for one night, so I expected the basics to be right. The room looked nice, with soft colors and good furnishings, though the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It faced the street, but outside noise didn’t bother me. The bathroom was tastefully done in white, but the shower was small. There was water and a coffee maker with pods, which I didn’t use. The problems started in the bathroom: little cockroaches came out of a crack in the shower, and it smelled stale. In the morning there was no hot water. It was too late to call anyone, so I took a very cold shower in November. There’s also a small ramp between the entrance and bedroom, and I nearly fell twice. Waking up groggy in the night, you could get hurt. Parking looked easy when I booked, but I drove around and around looking for a spot and spent N euros on gas. Parking is not easy in the area! When I mentioned the issues, especially the missing hot water, I got an apologetic text. That didn’t feel like enough after paying 106 euros.

I really liked the breakfast at the café across the street. In the room, there was a kettle with different coffees, herbal teas, and more. The newly furnished room felt welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable, with several pillow options for different needs.

The owner is very friendly, and breakfast is served at the café across the street. The B&B has been recently renovated, with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. You can also request reserved parking when you book. It costs extra and is behind a barrier. The location is handy for walking to the Morin promenade. Recommended.
