We handled both arrival and departure ourselves by phone or text with the manager. Finding the key was a hassle because the code box was broken, so we had to figure out how to open it (milestone 2). The place was clean enough, and there wasn't anything else to complain about, but the road outside was very busy. There were no balconies or shutters, and the curtains didn't block enough light. By 6:00 a.m., the daylight and traffic made it impossible to sleep. An average stay, neither good nor bad.

The tram gets you downtown quickly, and Chiara was so attentive. We felt at home in this lovely apartment, with its cozy, modern feel and thoughtful details. The bed was just right, we slept really well, and we could hear the birds singing. I'd absolutely recommend it!

The train and bus station are close by, and there's private parking. Inside, the beds are very comfortable, and the apartment has all the comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet-connected TVs, and air conditioning. Highly recommended.

We stayed there last August. The place is well equipped, parking comes with the price, and best of all, there's air conditioning. Highly recommended!

Getting to La Spezia Centrale is easy by bus, and parking is included in the price. The apartment has everything you need.
