We felt like part of a big family here. The family running the hotel were so kind and friendly, and their hospitality made the stay even nicer. Gigi showed us around and pointed us to the best pizza, and he was right! The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the bus station, far enough away that we couldn't hear the street. Our room was clean, the garden was quiet, and breakfast was good. There were lots of cats, too! We wish we'd stayed longer and will definitely come back.

The location is very good, near both the town center and the little beach. But this doesn't really feel like a three-star hotel, more like a pension. The rooms are very old and very small, and the bathroom is just as cramped.

Lacco Ameno is a pretty, laid-back little town with beaches, restaurants, bars, and a seafront promenade. The hotel is close enough for an easy walk to its amenities, while still being quiet and peaceful. It's a lovely small, family-run spa hotel, very well managed and immaculately clean, with relaxing spaces. The family would do anything they could to make sure you have a good stay. The town bus stop is two minutes away, and the buses are cheap and easy for exploring Ischia.

A calm place to stay, and well placed for day trips. The owners were sweet and helpful, and my room was cozy and clean. I'm grateful for the week I spent at this amazing hotel. I sincerely recommend emailing directly to book a room and avoid booking con or other intermediaries.

We had lovely rooms and a fantastic location, and really enjoyed our stay. The family looking after us were friendly and helpful. Claudia helped us book Negombo and even gave us discount vouchers. Her husband, whose name I didn't catch, made us lovely breakfasts and was always happy to chat in the morning.
