There was no air conditioning, and the room cleaning was awful. The shower had mold, and the floor was covered with used toothpicks and bandages left by previous guests.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the view was nice. There was a fridge but no kettle. I was on the fifth floor, and had to run the water for 5-10 minutes before it got warm enough to shower.

The corner room was huge, with a good view and working AC, so it wasn't a bad stay. The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the room at all, and there was a dirty cup in the bathroom. Housekeeping also kept coming back after I didn't want to be disturbed. A do not disturb sign for the door would help.

We arrived very late, but were welcomed and given clear information about the stay. Our fifth-floor room was larger and nicer than expected, with a beautiful ocean view in the morning. Breakfast was good, although it felt odd that there seemed to be only six guests there, including us. The town didn't seem very appealing, so this works best as a stop after arriving in Rome. We had a pleasant stay.

A great find in a place I hadn't visited before. The beach is just two minutes away, and the train station is an easy walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, plus a bar, terrace, and restaurant at the hotel. Rooms are a decent size. Rome is 40 minutes away and the cruise port is 30 minutes.
