Gapphof

The location made a great base for all sorts of outings, and the modern, thoughtfully furnished Granny apartment came with a big private terrace. Our dog was welcome everywhere at Gapphof, even on walks through the organic apple orchard, and they had already provided everything the dog needed, from bed and bowls to towels. Each morning we got a breakfast box with tasty farm and regional treats, including eggs from their own free-range chickens. The whole farm is beautiful and well kept. We couldn't have asked for better, and happily recommend it.

We'd love to keep this place as our little secret so we can book it spontaneously again, but Gapphof really deserves the praise. Dogs and their people are made very welcome, and we found we had almost everything we needed. A few hooks for leashes or dog towels would be useful, though it's not essential. We especially enjoyed eating the delicious breakfast on the balcony or veranda back in March. It was a wonderful stay, and we'll be back more than once. Thank you!

The location was ideal for great hikes around Merano, and we had a wonderful week at Gapphof. Our dog was welcomed just as warmly as we were. The family-like atmosphere felt trusting and easy, with lots of thoughtful extras, including fresh fruit and herbs each day, a tasty packed breakfast, yoga mats, and board games. We'll definitely return.

Our furry friend was well looked after, with a dog bed, bowls, and towels ready for us. We spent a week in the charming Prior apartment, where the balcony and terrace were nice spots to sit outside even when the weather wasn't good. A varied breakfast basket was waiting each morning, full of delicious homemade products. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back.
