Apartment La Brunella

We first stayed here two years ago, but our visit a few weeks back was a real letdown, and we wouldn't recommend it. It now seems poorly maintained and run down. We told the owner about our complaints and got no apology. I also found online that some complaints had already been raised a year earlier. The tap for running water seemed broken, and the light in the corner under the cupboard with the teacups didn't work. Although the apartment was otherwise clean, there were many scratches and what looked like grease stains on the floor, plus stains on the couch. We didn't feel comfortable sitting on it, so used a blanket. The cutting board was very worn, and the fridge made quite a lot of noise while cooling, perhaps because its door didn't close properly. The PDF said residual waste should go in the first basement, but we could only find bins for plastic, paper, and glass. We also missed some cozy lighting in both the living room and bedroom. The only ceiling light felt uninviting, and the bedroom had a reading light for just one person. The bed creaked quite a bit when someone turned over. The view is beautiful, but you can find great views elsewhere in Lajon or the Dolomites too. We won't stay here again.
