We stayed for nine nights, and the apartment had everything we needed to cook and sleep well. It was spacious for the two of us, clean, and cozy, with a safe in the bedroom and spectacular mountain views from its perch high on the mountain. Evelyn is far and away the best host we've had in our frequent travels, approachable, friendly, and very responsive. Riegelehof Appartements feels like a wonderful home away from home. Definitely 5 stars.

Evelyn was such a kind hostess and went the extra mile whenever we asked for something to make our stay more comfortable. The views from Riegelehof were astonishing, and the accommodation was well maintained. We visited for a skiing holiday from 10-17 February 2024. Evelyn gave us free bus tickets, and with the stop right in front of the appartements, getting into town and back was very convenient. It was a great place to stay, and we'll consider coming again next year. Thank you, Evelyn, and keep up the great service!

Evelyn was so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay at Riegelehof Appartements. Each morning she brought fresh croissants and bread for a small additional fee, and she gave us homemade marmalade as a parting gift. The place was cozy, extremely clean, and had everything we needed, including a luxurious bedroom and bathroom. We loved the stunning views from the large balcony. Laion is about 25 minutes from Ortisei and 15 minutes from Waidbruck station, and the buses were very reliable. Staying in Laion during the autumn months came with Val Gardena cards that saved us about €30 on buses, plus free tickets for the Ortisei-Seiser Alm cable car worth €48. That thoughtful marmalade was a perfect end to an unforgettable trip.

We were sad to leave Riegelehof after three nights. Our apartment was one of the most spacious, beautiful, and comfortable we've stayed in, and everything was super clean. The balcony got sun all day, the beds were huge and comfortable, and the kitchen felt new, with high-quality equipment and everything we needed. It even had both a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. Evelyn was a friendly, enthusiastic host. She gave us free cable car tickets for a lovely local hike and bus tickets, and also sent homemade jam home with us. Fresh bread from the bakery was delivered each morning for breakfast. We hope to come back. Val de Gardena is beautiful, and the Dolomites are something else, even after visiting several places in the French and Austrian Alps.
