Pension Haus Tirol

Our renovated guest room was lovely, and we enjoyed the stay enough to plan a return. Breakfast had everything we were looking for, and the host can prepare whatever kind of eggs you prefer. The host Lady was very nice and did her best to make our stay as good as possible. She also serves a very nice dinner from Monday till Saturday, all freshly cooked, with an effort to use regional products from her garden.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and a nice view. Breakfast was good, and dinner is available on request except Sunday and Monday. A wonderful place to stay in the dolomites, close to Ortisei and Bolzano.

We loved the area, the nature around it, the cute villages, and the stunning waterfall view. Thanks for the warm hospitality and friendliness. The house and rooms have a welcoming feel, and breakfast was wonderful. One small suggestion: could you reduce the plastic packaging for breakfast items like jeam and butter even further?

The view from my balcony in the morning was spectacular, and the room was amazing. There wasn’t a fridge or TV, but that didn’t bother me. Breakfast was pretty good and seemed to be mostly local products. The scenery around the property is beautiful, and I’ll definitely return with a motorbike or car. Mirjam was an amazing host. When the bus ran ahead of schedule and I missed it, she came to pick me up. Otherwise, I’d have been waiting an hour by the dark road. She also dropped me in a nearby town to get something to eat, and I took bus 351 back to the house. Public transport is possible, though this probably isn’t the most convenient place to stay if you’re relying on it. The bus stop is 500 meters downhill from the house. From Bolzano, take the regional train to Chiusa. You can buy the ticket at the tobacco shop in the station, where there’s a guy who speaks English, and it costs around 4.50€. Then take bus 351 from Chiusa and buy a ticket to Ceves from the driver for 1.50€. DOWNLOAD Südtirol2Go App from Play store, it’ll help you a lot. I’ve read that some accommodations give guests a public transportation ticket, but I don’t think this one does. Bus tickets are still quite cheap, 1.50€-2€ depending on where you’re going.
