We ended up paying double for another hotel after being turned away at midnight. We had booked two nights and asked about checking in late, but the staff said nobody could enter after 22:00 and wouldn’t consider our request. When we came back the next day, the receptionist was just as rude and brushed off our concerns. Breakfast was included in our booking, but they refused to provide it. Our booking agent also tried to contact the property to cancel the first night and arrange a refund or adjustment. The owner wouldn’t discuss it and dismissed us. The owner’s behavior was incredibly impolite and showed no interest in listening. I’d strongly advise against staying here.

The rooms are very basic, but fine if you only need somewhere to sleep while visiting the city. The Wi-Fi could be faster.

After we were refused late check-in, I had to book another hotel at midnight for double the price. I’d injured my leg while travelling to the hotel on the morning of day 1, so I couldn’t arrive on time. We’d booked two days and asked to check in late, but the staff member was rude, wouldn’t listen, and said entry wasn’t allowed after 22:00. When we returned the next day, the receptionist ignored what we were saying and was rude. Breakfast was included, but they denied us that too. We spoke with our booking agent, booking.com, and they said they tried to contact the property to cancel day 1 and arrange a refund or adjust anything unnecessary. The owner or staff member wouldn’t hear them out and shut the conversation down. This is the worst hotel to book or stay at. Don’t waste your time here and ruin your vacation.

My husband stayed here on a business trip and said the staff were pleasant enough. There was apparently no water or glasses in the room. He also suspects room 206 is haunted by a man with greasy hair and a lopsided gait. The first night freaked him out so much that he asked to change rooms 🤯🫣
